Returns & Refunds

We offer a return policy on UNOPENED hair extensions that have not been tampered with, within 4 days of receiving your order.  All returns must be in it's original packaging and seals must remain intact. This is due to health and safety reasons.

 

Returned items/ Exchanged items must be unused, new, and have original packaging & tags. Once hair extensions have been installed, worn or altered, they are considered non-returnable. 

 

COLORED HAIR (DYED OR BLEACHED) CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED
